Prior to forming the Leiva Law Firm, Mr. Leiva gained valuable litigation experience working at various litigation firms that litigated cases ranging from defending physicians in medical malpractice suits, to representing plaintiff’s in wrongful death actions, to representing individuals in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. We practice throughout Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Loudoun and Stafford counties and on any given day Mr. Leiva may be arguing a motion in a wrongful death action and the next day representing someone wrongly accused of a criminal offense.
