Prior to establishing The Leiva Law Firm, Mr. Leiva gained valuable litigation experience working at various litigation firms that litigated cases ranging from defending physicians in medical malpractice suits to representing plaintiffs in wrongful death actions to representing individuals in criminal cases that ranged from misdemeanors to serious 
felonies. Mr. Leiva practices throughout Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, and Stafford Counties. On one day, you might find him arguing a motion 
in a wrongful death case, and the next day representing someone wrongly accused of a criminal offense.
